Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect - Town Planning, located in Bhubaneswar, with opportunities to work from home as required. The role entails creating comprehensive town plans mainly slum redevelopment, generating architectural designs, collaborating with the team to ensure project integration, and overseeing project workflows. The candidate will manage client consultations, analyze spatial needs, and contribute innovative solutions aligning with BIMedge's commitment to excellence in design and planning. The Architect will also ensure compliance with regulations, manage project deliverables, and support staff in implementing best practices in BIM applications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on town planning, slum redevelopment and urban development.
  • Skills in Software Development and Integration to enhance workflows aligned with BIM tools and processes.
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and apply innovative solutions in design and planning.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration across disciplines and with clients.
  • A degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is required, with additional certifications in BIM processes being a significant advantage.
  • Relevant experience in town planning and familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is preferred.
