Role Description

This is a full-time, Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of innovative architectural solutions. This includes the creation of functional and visually appealing designs, collaboration with project teams, engaging in the integration process, and managing projects from conception to completion. The role also entails ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an eye for aesthetic and functional excellence. Preferably 1 - 2 years experience.
  • Proven ability in Project Management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software; familiarity with BIM software would be advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics and industrial asset projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design and project objectives clearly.
