This is a full-time on-site Architect role based in Ranchi. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural designs, overseeing construction project planning, and ensuring that projects adhere to quality and design standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients and team members, preparing detailed drawings, managing project timelines, and integrating sustainable solutions into designs to meet client preferences. The Architect will also coordinate with construction managers to ensure effective project execution.

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts
• Experience in Project Management and ability to oversee timely and quality project execution
• Knowledge of Software Development and familiarity with integration of systems and tools used in architecture
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools and modeling software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
• Experience in sustainable building practices is a plus
