Solution Architect - Full-Stack Product Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural direction for full-stack applications, guiding design, coding standards, integration, and deployment practices.
• Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams, ensuring strong technical discipline, development pace, and delivery excellence.
• Define architectures for secure, scalable, and high-performing applications aligned with product and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end development, including requirement analysis, system design, coding reviews, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Establish and enforce best practices for performance optimization, secure coding, API lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, data protection norms, and reporting obligations.
• Review and design relational and NoSQL database models, focusing on robustness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide architectural guidance on cloud hosting, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure scalability.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to improve the development ecosystem.
• Conduct architectural audits, resolve technical conflicts, and promote continuous improvement across teams.
