Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Ranchi. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural plans, developing and coordinating construction projects, and ensuring that designs meet the highest industry standards. This role involves collaborating with clients and contractors, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring seamless integration of design and development processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and ability to manage timelines effectively
• Knowledge of Software Development and system integration in the context of construction projects
• Strong understanding of design implementation and practical construction methods
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Previous on-site experience is highly desirable
