Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Rishikesh. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. Tasks include preparing drawings, technical documentation, and design presentations, as well as collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations, along with overseeing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials
• Experience in project management, including handling timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
• Exceptional drawing, drafting, and technical documentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensing is a plus
• Previous experience in sustainable and environmentally conscious design is an asset
