Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects across Temples, Residential complexes, Shopping Malls, Public Spaces, and Government Projects.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of designs aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Provide creative and functional design solutions for diverse projects, balancing aesthetics, utility, and sustainability.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior architects and support team development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Proven experience in Residential, Public, Commercial, Religious (Temple), and Government projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp (knowledge of other design tools is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, creative vision, and excellent presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in working with government departments and handling compliance processes preferred.
