Architect

Job title: Junior Architect

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 Years

Budget: 4-7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures
• Work with project teams to create and develop design concepts
• Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings
• Conduct site visits to collect data, measurements, and photographs
• Assist with the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
