Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, based in Mumbai, India. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing project planning, and ensuring successful project execution. Daily tasks will include design creation, coordination with clients and stakeholders, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated architectural solutions. The Architect will play a key role in executing innovative and functional designs in line with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong foundation in design principles, spatial planning, and creative problem-solving.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration, particularly related to design tools and architectural applications.
- Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution is required.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in India is an advantage.
