Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Architect at STUDIO ISA. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing architectural solutions, preparing detailed drawings, working collaboratively with clients and teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, participating in on-site inspections, and contributing to the seamless execution of projects that align with the firm's design philosophy.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design, Space Planning, and Concept Development.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking in design challenges.
• Experience with green building design or sustainable architectural practices (preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
