Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vadodara. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior and exterior design elements. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding project requirements, creating design proposals, and refining design solutions based on feedback. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, preparing construction documents, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and site coordination. The Architect will also ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration awareness as it relates to using design and collaboration tools (e.g., CAD/BIM, visualization software).
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
• Candidates should have proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas clearly.
• A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) and prior experience in architectural or interior projects are highly beneficial.
