Job Title: Architect
Location: Sama-Savli Road, Vadodara
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and landscape design drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D concepts, presentations, and working drawings.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and timelines.
- Modify drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Support project execution and monitor design implementation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and landscape planning.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
