Role Description
We are seeking a talented Architect for a full-time hybrid role based in Patna, with the flexibility to work remotely as required. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning creative and sustainable spaces, collaborating with clients to translate visions into architectural designs, overseeing project management, and ensuring integration of structural safety and aesthetic values. This role also involves the use of advanced software tools and technologies to design and refine projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on creativity, functionality, and sustainability.
- Experience in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Skills in Software Development and Integration to create and optimize architectural designs.
- Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetic excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Knowledge or experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design approaches is a plus.
