Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at SreeDhanya Homes PVT LTD, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural plans, developing innovative building concepts, and ensuring the integration of structural and aesthetic elements. Additional duties include collaborating with project teams, overseeing construction progress, and effectively managing various projects from inception to completion. The role requires creativity, precision, and strong teamwork skills to meet client and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and High riseArchitectural Design
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to support architectural projects
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee and deliver projects efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is an advantage
