Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ServeastheprimarypointofcontactfortheInfrahostingprogramacrosscloud & on-prem.
  • Ownend-to-endservicedeliveryacrossfunctionalandtechnicalstreams,ensuringadherencetoSLAsandKPIs.
  • Leadcross-functionalteamsofBackup,Storage,DatabaseAdministration,andCloudAdministrationtodeliverhigh-qualitysupportandcontinuousimprovements.
  • Overseethefullincidentlifecycle,includingmonitoring,prioritization,rootcauseanalysis,andresolutionsupportedbyproactivetrendanalysis.
  • GoverntheChangeRequest(CR)processfromscopingandestimationtoapprovals,implementation,andclosure.
  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsonnetwork,accesscontrols,andlandscapeoptimization.
  • DefineandenforceSOPs,escalationprocesses,andcommunicationprotocolsforcriticalandhigh-impactissues.
  • OverseeL1,L2,andL3supportdeliverywith24x7coveragethrougheffectivecoordinationbetweenonshoreandoffshoreteams.
  • DriveITIL-basedprocessesforincident,problem,change,andreleasemanagement.
  • MonitorserviceperformanceviaKPIs,SLAs,anddashboards,andleadcontinuousserviceimprovementinitiatives.
  • Conductregularservicereviewmeetingswithstakeholderstoensurehighlevelsofclientsatisfaction.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in infrastructure delivery management roles.
  • Strongexperiencemanaginglarge-scaleinfrastructuresupportengagements.
  • Capableofdesigningtheentirenewarchitectureforlarge,mid,orsmallinfrastructuredeployments.
  • Verygoodunderstandingofcloud-nativesolutionsusingAWSandAzure.
  • ExperiencewithdeploymentofcloudVMsandWindowsservers.
  • Expert level knowledge on Microsoft Azure.
  • Good experience working / managing Azure PAAS Services
  • Resources should have Cloud Dev Ops exposure.
  • Resource should understand how applications are hosted on cloud.
  • Exposuretocloudstorageandbackup.
  • Goodworkingexperienceincloudandvirtualizationadministration.
  • ProvenexperienceinhandlingInfrasupportprograms.
  • Excellentcommunication,stakeholderengagement,andescalationmanagementskills.
  • Experienceworkinginhybridonshore-offshoredeliverymodels.

  • MicrosoftCertified:AzureAdministratorAssociate/Expert
  • AWSCertifiedSysOpsAdministrator/SolutionsArchitect
  • VMwareCertifiedProfessional(VCP)
