Company Description Spectrum Design Group (SDG) is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design practice with over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and planning projects across India. Role Description This is a full-time, Architect role based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation for residential, commercial, and planning projects. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring that design intent is maintained through all stages of execution. The role involves collaborating with the design team to refine layouts, materials, and details, supporting project management tasks such as timelines and deliverables, and maintaining compliance with local codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.
• Candidates should possess technical skills related to Integration of design solutions with structural, MEP, and other building systems.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant Software tools for architectural design and documentation (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure/registration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai and across India.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
