Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Dehradun in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and clients to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans and drawings, coordinating layouts for interior spaces, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing project specifications, integrating architectural elements with interior design solutions, and maintaining alignment with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. The Architect will also participate in site visits, oversee implementation of design intent, and support project documentation and coordination with external vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design to create functional, aesthetically aligned spaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration to work with design tools or systems that support project workflows.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience in interior or architectural projects.
• Strong spatial planning, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Dehradun and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Professional licensure or registration in architecture, where applicable, is an advantage.
