Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect at Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Building Design, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants and project management. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases (from visioning to construction).
• Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in architecture and/or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, AdobePhotoshop, MS Office, GIS, 3D visualization software).
• Experience of working on Tender and GFC Drawings.
• Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.
• Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.
