Job Description This is where vision meets structural reality. As an Architect at Spacestyling, you will engineer the spatial frameworks that house our signature sanctuaries. You will govern the architectural process from conceptual massing to rigorous on-site execution, ensuring that the foundational envelope perfectly supports our standard of quiet luxury and uncompromising detail at every stage of the build.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and structural planning for high-end residential and commercial projects, translating conceptual visions into structurally viable masterpieces.
- Develop, oversee, and issue highly precise architectural drawing packages, elevations, section details, and structural schematics.
- Govern the technical reality of a projectcoordinating seamlessly with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and execution contractors to ensure exact compliance and flawless structural execution.
- Manage project timelines, site progression, and structural integrity with absolute authority, shielding the client from the operational chaos.
- Collaborate closely with the interior design and styling teams to ensure the architectural envelope perfectly aligns with and houses the final curated narrative.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven, rigorous experience in high-end luxury architecture (residential and/or commercial).
- Impeccable mastery of architectural drafting, structural detailing, and spatial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard architectural tools (AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and presentation applications).
- Deep technical knowledge of building materials, structural execution, and high-end exterior and interior architectural finishes.
- Commanding communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead site meetings and align multiple engineering and execution teams.
- A portfolio that demonstrates an obsession with structural proportion, meticulous detailing, and cohesive architectural narratives.
