1) Interior Designer / Architect 2 Positions
Position A: Fresher
- Experience: 01 year
- Increment: Performance-based increment after 36 months
Position B: Experienced
Job Responsibilities (Experienced):
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential & commercial projects
- Prepare working drawings, material specifications, and design documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors
- Assist in BOQs, material selection, and cost estimates
- Ensure design intent is maintained during site execution
Job Responsibilities (Fresher):
- Assist senior designers/architects with drawings and layouts
- Support in 3D views, presentations, and renderings
- Help with basic site coordination and documentation
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Des / B.Arch
Software Skills Required:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Enscape
- Knowledge of Lumion or similar rendering tools is an added advantage
Additional Skills:
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and site processes
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
