The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Role Description

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs

Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Teamwork, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.

Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitches, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers

Must have Experience in Commercial & Residential Projects Must have a knowledge on execution

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree 3 - 5 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape 3D Max, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute.
