Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project timelines and goals are met. Daily tasks include conceptualizing building designs, conducting feasibility studies, managing architectural projects, and integrating systems and structures to meet project specifications. The role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise, aligning project requirements with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Experience with Software Development and Integration for design or project needs
• Ability to manage and oversee complex multi-disciplinary projects or developments
• Proficiency in architectural design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient building systems
