Architect

We are hiring qualified Architect having following qualities with immediate opening:

Responsibilities:

dealing with client(s) / team to design and manage - integrated architecturaldesign projects both commercial and Institutional type.

Conduct necessary research to support technical and design issues.

Prepare Detailed GFC drawing including integration of all services.

Select architectural materials, decor, finishes and lighting.

Prepare working drawings, details and Construction Drawing sets

Work well to manage project timeliness and expectations.

Qualifications:

A Degree in Architecture

Minimum 7 Year - Professional Work Experience on big scale projects.

Be passionate to work on both Architecture Design as well as working detailing

Should be having thorough understanding of working details, electrical and lighting, HVAC and plumbing, materials and finishes.

Effective communicators skills within team and on-site.

Should have Goodcommunication skill and able to deal with team and other consultants

Can start the job immediately or short notice period.
