SAC Infra is building a design-driven practice focused on thoughtful planning, refined aesthetics, and high-quality project delivery. We are looking for an Architect with 34 years of experience who brings clarity in design thinking and attention to detail across planning, interiors, and elevations.

This role is suited for someone who values both creativity and execution, and is comfortable working across multiple stages of a project.

Role Overview:

You will be involved in the design and development of residential and commercial projects, contributing to architectural planning, interior layouts, and elevation concepts while coordinating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural planning and space optimization for projects
• Develop interior layouts with strong functional and aesthetic intent
• Design elevations and faades with a clean and contemporary approach
• Work closely with structural and MEP teams for coordinated design output
• Prepare high-quality drawings, presentations, and client deliverables
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 34 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong design sensibility in planning, interiors, and elevations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools such as Lumion or Enscape
• Ability to take ownership of work and manage responsibilities independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to BIM workflows or tools such as Revit
• Understanding of integrated design coordination
