Job Summary
Royallinks is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong experience in both residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Handle end-to-end project planning from concept development to execution.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements, budget, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare BOQs, project documentation, and presentations.
- Review and approve construction materials and finishes.
- Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices.
