Job SummaryRoyallinks is seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 4–8 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects from concept to execution while ensuring compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed design presentations for clients.
- Create concept designs, schematic designs, and working drawings.
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, structural consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure design implementation aligns with site conditions and project specifications.
- Participate in design review meetings and client discussions.
3. Technical Documentation
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and BOQs.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of design revisions and approvals.
4. Site Involvement
- Conduct site visits to monitor design execution.
- Resolve architectural issues during construction.
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and contractors.
5. Client Interaction
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical designs.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates and design improvements.
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial architectural planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile- 4–8 years of experience in architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
- Experience working with construction companies or architectural firms.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
