Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Patna, Bihar. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, creating innovative designs that align with client requirements, and overseeing project execution. Duties include collaborating with clients, integrating traditional and modern design elements, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a keen eye for balancing classic and modern elements.
- Experience in Project Management with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architecture tools and technology is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
