Job Description
As the Lead - SAP S/4HANA MM, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA MM solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the team and ensuring efficient and effective processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP S/4HANA MM professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA MM solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust data management practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA MM functionalities and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA MM solutions with other systems.
- Provide timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong focus on S/4 Hana Functional implementation.
- Proven experience as a Lead or in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM modules and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team remotely.
- Up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
