Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and creative Architect with expertise in designing high-rise buildings, detailed elevations, and architectural renderings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptualizing, designing, and executing complex architectural projects with a focus on urban development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Should also have expertise in detailed elevation and architectural rendering
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and presentations for client approvals.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to seamless project execution.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning research to align with building codes and regulations.
- Utilize advanced design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
- Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- Review project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and city officials to obtain necessary approvals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or any relevant degree.
- 7+ years of experience in high-rise building design, elevations, and renderings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-rise projects, facade designs, and renderings.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should possess knowledge of planning authorities rules and regulations for non-high-rise and high-rise buildings in Tamil Nadu
