Our practice emphasizes technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and coordinated delivery with clients and stakeholders.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Diploma Architect to support the consultancy team in preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, and assisting in project documentation under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of concept, schematic, and working drawings
• Prepare drawing submissions and revisions as per client and authority requirements
• Assist in maintaining design documentation and drawing registers
• Participate in site visits for design coordination and clarification
• Support senior team members in client deliverables and timelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institute
• 13 years of experience in an architectural / engineering consultancy
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is desirable)
• Basic understanding of building codes, by-laws, and approval processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
