Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Senior Designers:

Providing support in various design tasks, including space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing.

Design Development:

Contributing to the development of design concepts and translating them into detailed plans and presentations.

Creating Visuals:

Producing 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and other visual aids to communicate design ideas.

Material and Vendor Coordination:

Researching and selecting appropriate materials, coordinating with vendors and consultants.

Consultant Communication:

Participating in consultant meetings, presenting design proposals, and addressing feedback.

Project Documentation:

Preparing and organizing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

Site Visits and Inspections:

Assisting with site visits to assess existing conditions and verify design implementation.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

1-2 years of experience in interior design.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Autocad, Google Sketchup, Vray & Photoshop

Knowledge of design principles, building codes, and industry standards.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm for the field of interior design and a willingness to learn.
