Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and practical Architect with strong skills in layout planning and prefab structure design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from concept to visualization, including hand-drawn sketches, digital layouts, and site-based planning using tools like Google Earth, along with modern AI-based design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design prefabricated structures based on functional and site-specific requirements

• Create efficient and practical layout designs for spaces and structures

• Develop concept sketches (hand-drawn and digital) to communicate ideas clearly

• Use Google Earth and site data to understand terrain, altitude, and positioning

• Plan structures based on topography, slope, and real-world constraints

• Select and recommend appropriate finishing materials based on client requirements

• Create realistic renderings incorporating materials, lighting, and environment

• Use AI tools for faster concept generation and rendering workflows

• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams for execution feasibility

• Optimize designs for cost, transportability, and ease of installation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture

• Strong skills in layout planning and space utilization

• Ability to create clear hand-drawn sketches (very important)

• Experience with Google Earth / site mapping tools

• Understanding of terrain, altitude, and site analysis

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials (interior & exterior)

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)

• Familiarity with AI tools for design, rendering, and concept generation

• Practical understanding of construction and prefab systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in prefabricated / modular architecture

• Exposure to on-site execution or real-world projects

• Ability to quickly visualize and iterate design ideas

• Strong problem-solving approach with a practical mindset
