Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Architect located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include designing and developing architectural solutions, working on execution and coordination of design elements, managing and overseeing architectural projects, and ensuring timely project completion. The architect will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

• Design & Planning

Create building designs, layouts, and concepts

Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations

• Client Consultation

Understand client requirements, budget, and vision

Present design ideas and modify based on feedback

• Technical Drawings

Prepare detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

Project Management

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors

Ensure timelines and budgets are followed

• Site Visits & Supervision

Monitor construction progress
