Overview

UKG BOOMI Developer


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test and deploy Boomi Integrations between third-party systems (EC,SAP,etc.).
  • Develop and maintain data transformation logic, connectors, and workflows in Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Create and manage API and file-based integrations (SFTP, flat file, etc.)
  • Collaborate with WFM teams to identify integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, or data inconsistencies.
  • Maintain Boomi processes, environments, and version control in accordance with PepsiCo IT governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration maps, data flows, and configuration details.
  • Participate in data validation, transformation logic testing, SIT and UAT activities.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on-UKG BOOMI experience.
  • Experience integrating UKG with external systems.
  • Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FP/SFTP, and SQL.
  • Strong Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure)
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Works under general guidance and direction
  • Leverages and follows Enterprise standard tools and processes
  • Supports and shepherds the integration support to Operations Sustain teams at completion of build, testing and go-live
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
