Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at our office in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing architectural projects from start to finish. Daily tasks may include developing architectural drawings, integrating advanced design technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements. Managing timelines, executing project documentation, and contributing to design discussions and space planning will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience with Software Development and Integration relevant to design tools
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ability to understand and translate client requirements into creative solutions
- Attention to detail and proficiency in completing technical drawings and designs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with advanced architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino, is an advantage
- Experience in interior design and space planning is highly beneficial
