This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects of high functionality and aesthetic quality. The role will also involve participating in project management, ensuring designs meet compliance and regulatory standards, and managing client communication from conceptualization through project completion.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), including 4D/5D simulation and digital twin technology
• Experience in architectural design, from conceptualization to execution
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent project management and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Certification in BIM is a strong advantage
• Experience in international projects or collaborations is preferred
