We specialize in transforming architectural concepts into hyper-realistic visuals and compelling designs. We are looking for a creative and technical Junior Architect to join our growing team.

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Architect who is passionate about design and visualization. You will work closely with the team to develop elevation concepts, landscape designs, and detailed mood boards while maintaining seamless coordination with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Design Development: Create innovative Elevation Designs and Landscape Designs that align with client requirements and current trends.

2) Interior Layouts: execute detailed floor furniture designs and layouts for optimal spatial planning.

3) Visualization Prep: Curate comprehensive material and texture mood boards to guide the 3D visualization process.

4) Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is accurately interpreted and feedback is implemented effectively.

5) Documentation: Maintain accurate drawings and design iterations throughout the project lifecycle.

Software Requirements (Expert Level Required):-

1) AutoCAD: For precise 2D drafting and layout planning.

2) SketchUp: For 3D modeling and conceptual massing.

3) Adobe Photoshop: For post-production, texture editing, and mood board presentation.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in elevation, landscape, and layout design.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction.

Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
