Title: Architect Residential/Commercial Projects

Location: Delhi

CTC: 10 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking an Architect with proven design and execution experience in residential and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative skills with technical proficiency and will play a lead role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs for ongoing projects in Mohali.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural planning and design for assigned projects (residential/commercial)
  
• Collaborate closely with structural, civil, and MEP consultants to ensure design coordination
  
• Oversee project documentation including BOM, detailed drawings, client presentations, and local regulations
  
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery
  
• Do any other task as required during the role.
  
  

Must Haves

• B.Arch from a recognized university
  
• Minimum 4 years experience in architectural design and execution for residential or commercial construction
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office Suite
  
• Excellent understanding of Indian building codes and NBC
  
• Creative flair with attention to detail and technical accuracy
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
