Job description

Will be handling multiple infrastructure and commercial projects in India and the UK
Understanding and analyzing a design brief and coming up with conceptual themes/ sketches/drawings/3D as creative solutions to a design brief
Making and reviewing interior and architectural plans for construction
Making details of furniture and other interior finishes
Making electrical, ceiling and plumbing layouts
Vendor management, project costing and project management Knowledge of building codes and practices in India and the UK
Knowledge of interior materials, construction details, mood-board creation etc.
Researching and troubleshooting issues related to project execution
Researching and maintaining knowledge of various technologies and materials in construction
Liaising with the team to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met
Helping the team to fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge
Actively participate in meetings, track and follow-up outstanding actions
To actively strive towards sustainable design practices
Should be very skilled at Sketch up. Revit, Lumion, In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Morpholio & Concept.

Job requirements

Excellent Spoken English
Excellent CAD, 3D modelling & rendering and Photoshop skills
Proven working experience as an Interior Architect/Building Architect
Excellent design skills and ability to communicate ideas via different media ex: PowerPoint, mood-boards
Should have good street smart - to be able to offer solutions on hand in situations.
Process-oriented with ability to scrutinise documents in detail
Should be very skilled at Sketch up. Revit, Lumion, In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Morpholio & Concept.
