Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role requires the individual to design and develop architectural projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrate software solutions into architectural designs, and oversee project management processes. Using innovative design principles, the Architect will create inspiring spaces while ensuring projects adhere to quality, timelines, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with an eye for detail and creativity in developing innovative designs.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration to incorporate digital tools and technologies into architectural solutions.
• Project Management skills to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• A strong understanding of sustainable design practices and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and client engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with relevant work experience.
