What you'll do
- Create moodboards for elevation styles and interior styles
- Collect / generate design references for key home elements: Facade / elevation, courtyard, staircase, balcony, living, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
- Build reusable moodboard templates that Senior Advisors can quickly use for customers
- Do primary + secondary research on trending residential styles, layouts, materials, and finishes
- Organize everything into a clean, searchable design catalogue: Naming system, tags, folders, style categories, location-based inspirations (optional)
- Ensure outputs are neat, consistent, and client-presentable
Who can apply
- Architectural Diploma / B.Arch candidates (freshers or early career)
- Civil Engineering candidates (12 years) with strong interest in residential design, aesthetics, and visual presentation
- Graphic Designers / Visual Designers skilled in moodboards and client-ready layouts (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma)
- 3D Visualizers / Interior Visual Artists (optional plus) who can create strong residential visual references
- AI Visual Content Creators who can generate high-quality residential style references using tools like Midjourney / Canva / Figma / Adobe Firefly, and format them into consistent moodboards
Must-have for non-architecture backgrounds: strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to deliver clean, structured moodboards.
