Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs for housing, commercial, leisure, landscape, and high-rise building projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and design documentation, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves participating in client meetings, translating requirements into design solutions, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and quality control. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed construction drawings.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, including CAD/BIM tools and related design technologies.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project milestones.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in India.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a portfolio showcasing relevant architectural projects.
