Role Description: The Architect role at Kydeon Global Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs, preparing detailed drawings, and meeting project requirements and standards. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and clients, reviewing design feasibility, integrating technical and functional aspects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. The role also involves supporting project planning, monitoring design progress, resolving design-related issues, and contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement in architectural delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and compliant design solutions.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architecture and ensuring seamless coordination across platforms.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing design activities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for working with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects will be considered beneficial.
