Hiring Residential Architect & Interior Designer at Trega Constructions (Our Client Company)
Location: Miyapur, Hyderabad (In-office | 10 AM – 7 PM)
About The Role
Trega Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Residential Architect who can combine planning intelligence with practical execution. This is not a concept-only role. You will work on real residential projects—from plot analysis to working drawings to interior detailing.
You will act as the in-house architectural backbone of the company and work directly with the Founder on end-to-end residential projects.
What You'll Handle
Architectural Planning (Primary Focus)
- Plot analysis & space planning
- Optimized floor plan development
- Staircase & vertical circulation design
- Structural grid coordination
- Elevation design
- Basic Vastu-compliant layouts
- Translating client requirements into buildable plans
Working Drawings & Technical Detailing
- Complete working drawing sets
- Coordination with structural engineer (columns & beams)
- Electrical & plumbing layouts
- Door/window schedules
- Sectional & detailed drawings
- BOQ support
Interior Design Support
- Interior space planning
- False ceiling & lighting layout drawings
- 3D visualizations (client presentations)
- Material & finish suggestions
Client & Site Coordination
- Presentation sheets preparation
- Assisting Founder in client meetings
- Incorporating client revisions
- Regular site visits to ensure execution matches drawings
Required Skills
Mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp
Nice to Have
- Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion
- Basic Photoshop
- Excel for BOQ understanding
Who Can Apply
- B.Arch preferred OR
- Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design with strong practical experience
- 1–3 years experience preferred
- Freshers with strong technical drafting skills may apply
