Architect / Lead - Salesforce (Data Cloud)

Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Define and optimize data architecture layers (DLO, DMO, DSO) for scalability and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for ingestion, identity resolution, unification, calculated insights, and activation.
- Analyze and optimize credit consumption, ensuring efficient use of federation, ingestion, and activation credits.
- Partner with enterprise data teams (Snowflake, Databricks, MDM) to define zero-copy or accelerated data flows.
- Define data governance frameworks, security, lineage, and compliance standards for the platform.
- Oversee integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party systems.
- Mentor consultants and associates, develop architectural templates, and standardize reusable components.
- Act as the technical authority and solution advisor for all Data Cloud programs.
