Role Summary
- Seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project coordination, and client engagement.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise in BIM/Revit.
- Play a key role in driving design excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Lead the conceptual and detailed design development for architectural projects.
- Oversee BIM model management, drawing production, and quality control.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Interior, Landscape).
- Manage client presentations, design reviews, and approvals.
- Ensure designs align with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Contribute to innovation, design research, and adoption of new technologies.
