Junior Architect

Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects, contributing to concept development, drawings, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans and 3D models, assisting with design detailing, coordinating with consultants, and participating in client discussions and internal reviews. The role involves helping manage project information, maintaining design standards, and ensuring that deliverables are accurate and timely. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular collaboration with the studio team and active participation in ongoing projects.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
• Understanding of Integration between architectural elements, building systems, and project requirements to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Basic exposure to Project Management, including organizing project documentation and supporting timelines and coordination.
• Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and willingness to learn new digital workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, with an interest in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and effective communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and engage actively in a process-driven, context-oriented design environment.
