Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with 4 - 5years of professional experience to join our team. The role involves assisting in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans as per project requirements.
- Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and plans for internal review and client approval.
- Assist in preparing feasibility studies, design reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Compile and maintain blueprints, specifications, BOQs, and construction-related documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and support the construction team to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Assess environmental impacts of projects and incorporate sustainable design practices where applicable.
- Support senior architects in design development, revisions, and project coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit – preferred).
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methods.
- Basic knowledge of local building bylaws and regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
