We are seeking an experienced and creative Architect with a strong background in airport and large-scale infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design and planning, ensuring that all deliverables meet functional, regulatory, and sustainability requirements while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for airport and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with relevant aviation standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and other multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Contribute to master planning, terminal design, and airside/landside development.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare design reports, presentations, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Incorporate innovative and sustainable design approaches aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, aviation standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
