Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Planning: Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from concept to execution ensuring alignment with client needs, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local municipal codes, UDCPR, zoning laws, and building safety regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers for seamless approvals, documentation, and construction readiness.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise site execution, verifying adherence to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate green building principles, energy-efficient solutions, and modern design technologies into every project.
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients and stakeholders, present design concepts, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to maintain design integrity and ensure top-tier quality and safety standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in architectural design, planning, and detailing.
- In-depth knowledge of UDCPR, municipal codes, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Innovative mindset with a strong focus on sustainability and design excellence.
Preferred Background:
Experience in real estate development, commercial architecture, or large-scale mixed-use projects will be an advantage.
